Campania is pleased to announce the return of our Authentic Italian Cooking Classes! Each class will begin at 2pm and last approximately two hours. Each participant will receive a glass of wine (red or white), a generous portion of food, one-on-one culinary instruction with Campania’s founder, owner and Executive Chef Vincent DiGiorgio, and will also be sent home with recipes to enjoy outside of the Campania kitchen.
Classes are $50/person; $90/couple, and seating is limited. To register, please send your attendees’ contact information and desired date(s) of attendance to: firstname.lastname@example.org – Payment for classes can be made in advance via PayPal (this guarantees seat reservation). You will receive a reply within 24 hours of your confirmation for participation/reservation.
Classes meet in Campania’s Trattoria (dining room), and are then shifted to our commercial kitchen. Attendees should consider wearing protective shoes (i.e. covered toe) and no loose or flowy clothing as a preventative measure.
